Stratford has been transformed by more than a decade of regeneration since the 2012 Olympics, from the East Village development built as the Olympic and Paralympic Village and now home to over 7,000 residents to landmark towers including Stratford Halo and The Stratford (formerly Manhattan Loft Gardens). The 43-storey Halo Tower alone comprises 706 new homes alongside a cluster of mid-rise residential blocks, all requiring ongoing facade and window maintenance.
United Rope Access provides IRATA-certified rope access for facade cleaning, window cleaning, inspections, and exterior maintenance throughout Stratford, East Village, and the wider Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park area, as well as surrounding East London neighbourhoods including West Ham, Leyton, and Bow. Do you work on buildings around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and East Village?
Yes. We provide rope access services across the Stratford regeneration area, including East Village and the surrounding Olympic Park developments, working on both residential towers and commercial buildings.
Can you maintain modern build-to-rent and high-rise residential developments?
Yes. Many of Stratford's newer developments are build to rent towers with large glazed facades requiring regular cleaning and inspection. Our IRATA trained technicians are experienced with contemporary curtain wall and glazing systems as well as traditional masonry.
